We take care to accurately describe our premium menswear including:

• Swimwear

• Underwear & Nightwear

However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All measurements are approximate.

2.2 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3 Custom Tailoring

Made-to-order items from our Suits & Tailoring collection cannot be returned unless defective (see Section 6).

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send you an order confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

3.3 Payment Methods

You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

3.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the United States.

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50: 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

4.2 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in your order total.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with photos.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations
• In original packaging with all protective linings intact

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Swimwear
• Underwear & Nightwear
• Final sale items
• Personalized/made-to-order items

5.3 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and return details
2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship items back with the RMA clearly visible
4. Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers pay return shipping.

5.4 Exchanges

Follow the return process, indicating if you want a different size or product. We cover standard shipping for replacement items.

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or our licensors’ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Look Espn Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our site with a new effective date.
